If your volunteer remains unresponsive, Taproot staff will work with you to re-post your need and connect you with an alternate partner.
We recommend being proactive to avoid communication issues. Talk about communications preferences in your interview with a volunteer candidate to see if your expectations align. During the kick-off call, agree on a check-in cadence and medium in which to share feedback and project updates.
