Taproot exists to help mission-driven organizations amplify their impact by connecting them with skilled volunteers who generously donate their time and expertise. All projects and sessions on Taproot Plus are completely unpaid. Volunteers are not permitted to request payment at any point while working through the platform.

What Happens If Payment Is Requested
Requesting payment for service is a violation of our Terms of Service and Community Agreements. We take reports of this behavior seriously. If we receive repeated reports of a volunteer asking for payment, Taproot will have to investigate, and this might result in account closure.
