To protect the privacy of all users, Taproot Plus doesn’t publish nonprofit contact information publicly. Just like volunteers’ details are only shared once they apply to an opportunity, nonprofit contact information becomes available only after a call is scheduled.
When Contact Information Is Shared
Once a nonprofit reviews your application and your call is scheduled:
You’ll receive a calendar invite with a video call link.
The nonprofit user’s name and email will appear on the project or session application page in your dashboard.
At that point, you’re welcome to reach out directly to the nonprofit to prepare for the call or follow up afterward.
