Taproot Plus requires each email address to be connected to one account type—either a volunteer account or a nonprofit account. This helps keep your information organized and ensures your dashboard, tasks, and opportunities reflect the correct role.
If you’d like to participate on Taproot Plus as both a volunteer and a nonprofit user, you’ll need to create a separate account using a different email address. Many users choose to use a work email for their nonprofit account and a personal email for volunteering.
