Taproot Plus uses email to keep you informed about volunteer opportunities and applications, upcoming calls, and helpful updates about the platform. You’re in control of which optional messages you receive, and updating your preferences only takes a minute.
Here’s how to manage your email preferences:
Log in to your Taproot Plus account.
From your left-hand menu, select Email Preferences.
Review the list of optional email types, such as:
Project check-ins from Taproot staff
Marketing outreach
Product and feature updates
Partner-funded program opportunities
User research invitations
Check or uncheck the boxes based on what you want to receive.
Click Save to update your preferences.
A few reminders:
Taproot will still send essential emails related to your active opportunities and account activity, since those are important for keeping your engagement running smoothly.
If you ever want to stop receiving all Taproot emails entirely, please contact our team at help@taprootplus.org, and we can help close your account.
